Credibility and Trustworthiness:
By showcasing a Chamber logo, you signal to visitors that your business is associated with a reputable organization. This association can enhance your credibility and build trust among potential customers.

Community Involvement:
The logo demonstrates your commitment to the local business community. It shows that you actively participate in events, advocacy efforts, or collaborative initiatives facilitated by the Chamber of Commerce.

Logos & Corresponding Domain Name Use (Authorization Requirement)

To ensure compliance with our policies and maintain the integrity of our digital assets, it is imperative that you obtain written permission from the Chamber before utilizing any link address associated with Chamber-owned domain names. Without prior written consent, unauthorized use of these domain names/logos may result in legal action and penalties. This measure is in place to protect the Chamber's intellectual property and to prevent any misuse or misrepresentation of our online presence. The proud  member  logo listed below is the only exception


The Northwest Valley Chamber of Commerce (the "Chamber") maintains logos associated with various domain names. Below is a partial list of such domain names.

The Chamber's logo, as displayed on www.NorthwestValleyChamber.com, is the only logo publicly posted for sharing. Any other logos associated with the following domain names must be requested via email prior to use:

This list is not exhaustive and may include additional domain names not listed herein. Unauthorized use of the Chamber's logos is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. For permission to use any of the Chamber's logos, please get in touch with the Chamber via email.

Usage Rules:

  • The PROUD MEMBER Logos (“the Logo” or “Logos”) may only be used by a Chamber member in good standing who is not past due on membership dues.
  • The user acknowledges that the Logo is a certification mark owned by the Chamber of Commerce.
  • The user may not use the Logo as a trademark, i.e., the Logo may not be used to identify the source of goods and/or services the user offers.
  • You must receive written permission from the Chamber to use a link address for any chamber-owned domain names
  • You may not alter or re-create the Logo in any manner.
  • The Logo must be used as-is, and the user may not incorporate any other wording or designs into the Logo.
  • You may not display the Logo in any way that disparages the Chamber of Commerce or its products or services.
  • If the Logo is posted on a chamber member’s Web site, it must have an active link to the Chamber home page, http://www.NorthwestValleyChamber.com
  • The Logo may be used on a member’s website, social media, and promotional materials, including letterhead and business cards.
  • Always be cautious not to misrepresent your affiliation with the Chamber through logo usage. The use of the Chamber logo does not imply any endorsement of a company, product, or service. 


Policy Enforcement
​The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to terminate or modify permission to display the Logos at any time. The Chamber reserves the right to take action against any user who fails to conform to these policies, infringes any Chamber of Commerce intellectual property or other rights, or violates other applicable law.

Chamber staff will notify the violators of this policy and the details of the specific violation in writing formally requesting compliance with Chamber policy. If the matter is not resolved, staff will refer the matter to the Chamber CEO for review. If the Chamber CEO deems a violation has occurred, they will refer the matter to legal counsel for review and additional action.

Only current members in good standing of the Chamber of Commerce are permitted to reprint articles and information from www.nwvalleychamber.com subject to the following conditions:

Content Use By Non-Chamber Members


Non-members of the Chamber of Commerce may only reprint articles and information from the website and subject to the following conditions:

  1. Payment in advance of $200 per article to the Chamber.
  2. Reprint permission is granted for one year only and one-time use only. If reprinted on a Web site, permission is granted for one year only.
  3. Separate permission is required for each use, whether print use or web use.
  4. Any use of the above-referenced articles, other copyrighted material, or any portion thereof will be a true and exact reproduction of the text in English and an accurate translation.
  5. Separate permission is required for reuse of photographs and graphics.
  6. The reprinted material is not to be presented in any form that would create the impression that the Chamber of Commerce supports or endorses any individual, company, candidate, organization, its products, or the theories and conclusions espoused in a publication.​
