Logos & Corresponding Domain Name Use (Authorization Requirement)
To ensure compliance with our policies and maintain the integrity of our digital assets, it is imperative that you obtain written permission from the Chamber before utilizing any link address associated with Chamber-owned domain names. Without prior written consent, unauthorized use of these domain names/logos may result in legal action and penalties. This measure is in place to protect the Chamber's intellectual property and to prevent any misuse or misrepresentation of our online presence. The proud member logo listed below is the only exception

The Chamber's logo, as displayed on www.NorthwestValleyChamber.com, is the only logo publicly posted for sharing. Any other logos associated with the following domain names must be requested via email prior to use:

Policy Enforcement
The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to terminate or modify permission to display the Logos at any time. The Chamber reserves the right to take action against any user who fails to conform to these policies, infringes any Chamber of Commerce intellectual property or other rights, or violates other applicable law.
Chamber staff will notify the violators of this policy and the details of the specific violation in writing formally requesting compliance with Chamber policy. If the matter is not resolved, staff will refer the matter to the Chamber CEO for review. If the Chamber CEO deems a violation has occurred, they will refer the matter to legal counsel for review and additional action.
